## Who we are
Vensoll is powered by Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
Vensoll is a business name of Gurman Sidhu, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada (“Vensoll”, “we”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, buy from us or join our emails.
Privacy questions go to Gurman Sidhu, who is responsible for privacy at Vensoll: vensoll@hotmail.com.
## What we collect
### Information you give us
- Your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you add one at checkout.
- Order and subscription details, like what you bought and when.
- Messages you send us, refund requests, and reviews you post.
- Your email address if you sign up for our emails.
### Payment details
Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
### Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, cookies and similar tools collect things like your IP address, device and browser type, pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here.
## How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and handle refunds and subscriptions.
- To answer your questions and give customer support.
- To send marketing emails, only if you’ve agreed. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To measure and improve our ads and website.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of our guarantee.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
## Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run Vensoll, and only what they need:
- Shopify: our online store, checkout and payments.
- Chit Chats, Canada Post and USPS: to deliver your order.
- Klaviyo: to send our emails.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google: to show and measure our ads and understand how our site is used.
- Our subscription and review apps: to run subscriptions and collect reviews.
- Professional advisors, like an accountant, and authorities when the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal information. Some of these companies are in the United States or other countries, so your information may be stored and processed outside Canada and be subject to those countries’ laws.
## Cookies and ads
We use cookies that make the site work, cookies that tell us how it’s used, and advertising cookies from Meta and Google that help us show our ads to people likely to be interested.
You can turn off ad personalization in your Meta ad settings and Google ad settings, block cookies in your browser, or use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour.
## How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 7 years, because tax law requires it.
- Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages: up to 3 years.
- Everything else: only as long as we need it for the reasons above.
## Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- See the personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law (like order records for tax).
- Stop using it for marketing.
Email vensoll@hotmail.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.
## Security
We use trusted providers with strong security and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach puts you at real risk, we’ll tell you and the regulators as the law requires.
## Children
Vensoll is made for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
## Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we’ll tell you by email or on the site.
