The rules for using our site and buying from us.

### The short version

- You’re buying a cosmetic soap. It’s not a medical treatment, and results vary.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel by email anytime before your next charge.
- We ship to Canada (not Quebec yet) and the US, and prepay US duties.
- BC law applies, and your local consumer rights still protect you.

## About these terms

Vensoll is a business name of Gurman Sidhu, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada. These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping & returns and Privacy policy.

You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

## Using our soap

- Vensoll is a cosmetic soap for washing the outside of your body. It isn’t meant to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.
- Results vary from person to person.
- Check the ingredients before use. If you have sensitive skin, try a small area first. Stop using it if irritation happens.
- Don’t use it inside the body, and keep it out of your eyes.
- If an odor is sudden, unusual or comes with other symptoms, see a doctor.

## Prices, taxes and duties

- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars for Canada and US dollars for the US.
- Canadian orders include GST/HST and any provincial sales tax at checkout. US orders may include state sales tax where it applies.
- We prepay US duties and import fees, so there’s nothing extra to pay at delivery.
- We can change prices anytime. Changes don’t affect orders you’ve already placed.

## Orders

- Your order confirmation email means we got your order. We accept it when it ships.
- We may cancel an order if there’s a pricing or listing mistake, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.
- We ship to Canada (except Quebec, for now) and the United States.
- To change or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours. Details are on our Shipping & returns page.

## Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

- When you subscribe, you agree that we’ll charge your payment method on file at the price and frequency shown at checkout, every time your subscription renews.
- We’ll tell you by email at least 14 days before any price change.
- You can cancel anytime before your next charge by emailing vensoll@hotmail.com. A renewal already charged before you cancel can’t be refunded, except for your first subscription delivery, which our guarantee covers.
- You can also skip or change your delivery schedule by emailing us.

## Discounts and promotions

- Discount codes have the terms shown with them, can’t be exchanged for cash, and usually can’t be combined.
- We can end a promotion anytime, but we’ll honour codes used on orders already placed.

## Reviews and what you send us

- Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.
- By posting a review, you let us show it on our site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial. We won’t change what you said.
- We don’t remove reviews because they’re negative. We may remove reviews that are offensive, fake, or share someone else’s private information.

## Our content

The Vensoll name, logo, photos, text and designs belong to us. Please don’t copy or use them without our permission.

## Our responsibility to you

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

## Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. If there’s a dispute, please email us first so we can try to fix it. If we can’t, it will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to court there.

## Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you ordered applies to that order.
